COVID-19 Stampedes

As the global pandemic continues to affect and negatively impact Idaho and the greater United States, The Go Agency has formulated protocols and procedures that are to be implemented at all Go Agency Events. We care about everyone who attends our events and will do our utmost to help create safe and risk-free events at all costs.

Social Distancing: In accordance with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Idaho’s Central District Health (CDH) social distancing measures will be implemented and enforced over the course of the events life cycle. Individuals and groups must maintain 6’ of the distance between one another. The Winter Stampede events are designed to space participants apart due to a variety of factors. In order to ensure that trails do not become overcrowded and that vegetation is not destroyed or harmed, groups of 5 – 6 riders are sent out at a time with 5-minute intervals between each group.

Enforcement will come from event staff and volunteers to help ensure that individuals are abiding by the rules implemented by The Go Agency. Furthermore, participants are highly encouraged to stay in their vehicles during the event to help keep social distancing guidelines met.

Masks: In accordance with the CDC, CDH, and the general policies of the Go Agency, all participants are required to wear face masks during the event. As part of the Off-Road stampedes, the Go Agency provides every participant with dust buffs. We always request our riders to be respectful of not only the land they are exploring but to other riders and the locals of our host city. Please be kind and courteous to those around you!

General Event requirements: It is The Go Agency’s belief that event staff, contractors, and vendors must lead by example, which is why the following requirements are to be implemented during all events.

  • Face masks are required to be worn by all staff, volunteers, and event contractors.
  • All social aspects of the event have been canceled or removed from the event.
    • It is general practice that the Off-Road Stampede’s coordinate venue games and host live music for attendees to participate in once they have completed the forest poker run. These event components have since been canceled to limit and reduce the potential for crowds forming during events.
  • Masks and hand sanitizer stations will be made available both on the course and at the venue site.

Refunds: Should the event be canceled due to COVID-19, all attendees will have the option to roll their registration over into 2022 or receive a full refund (for the cost of their ticket and not the transaction fee).

It is the belief and prerogative of The Go Agency to protect all attendees during our events. We believe these policies will help to reduce the risk of our attendees and help protect both the attendees and all event staff and volunteers during the event.
